In a Work Place a General should know;
The
Shadow of a worker----
A Newly Wed Worker?
A NewParent Worker?
A Single Worker?
and so forth?
Since each shadow form the backdrop of each worker characteristic..
Each are mold by the majority of their shadow which follow and clouded their mind
In penetrating and undertanding the dominant shadow,
we may share and influence the works ethic.
